Through our partnership with Salem State University, Para to Teacher participants will have the opportunity to earn their Master's Degree while working in our school district. TPP participants will receive a one-time DESE Scholarship paid directly to Salem State University to help offset the costs of tuition. Para to Teacher participants are responsible for paying for any remaining balance on their student accounts through personal day, financial aid, and/or CPS tuition assistance.
