Chelsea's Public Vaccination site to receive free COVID-19 vaccines is located at the Chelsea Senior Center - 10 Riley Way (Across from City Hall & next to the Fire Station)
- The Chelsea Senior Center's COVID-19 Vaccination Site is open on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00-5:00
- "Back to School" Vaccine Clinics at the Chelsea Senior Center & La Colaborativa (September 2023). CPS students and families who receive their first dose of the vaccine are eligible for gift cards of up to $100. Students and families who receive their second dose or booster dose can receive gift cards of up to $40. More information is available here:

Chelsea Public Schools has shared a list of potential COVID-19 symptoms for students, staff, parents and families. Prior to school, students and stuff must self-screen using the check lists below. If you meet any of symptoms (organized by vaccination status), do not come to school:
