• Excused Absences at Chelsea High School 

    • Students are allowed 3 excused absences per quarter

    • An absence is considered excused if the student brings a note signed by a parent within three (3) days of the absence.

    • Absence forms are available in the main office at Chelsea High School, and available online by clicking this link

    Unexcused Absences at Chelsea High School 

    • Students are allowed 2 unexcused absences per quarter

    • An absence is considered unexcused if the student does not bring a note or the absence note is not considered excused by the administration.

    • A student that accumulates three (3) or more unexcused absences for any class will receive a quarter grade of “E”
