An educated mind starts with a healthy body!
Chelsea Public School nurses are an integral part of the CPS educational team, dedicated to the physical, emotional, and social well-being of all students. We strive to advance the health of all students by removing medical barriers to enhance optimal learning. The nurses work with families, school staff, and providers to promote effective health care programs in the Chelsea school community.
Chelsea High School Health Office Room 1001
Chelsea High School has two full time registered nurses. The Health Office is open to students during all regular school hours. The school nurses are available by phone every school day from 7:45-2:45. Parents and guardians are encouraged to call with any questions or concerns related to their child's health and wellbeing.
