Welcome to the Intergenerational Literacy Program (ILP), otherwise known as the ILP family. For over thirty years, we have supported Massachusetts families by providing literacy classes to participating learners.

I am in my second decade at the ILP, and nothing brings me a greater sense of purpose. I first started with the program as a tutor when I was a student at Boston University. As an immigrant to the United States, I realize some of the difficulties of adjusting to life in a new country, and the benefits of having a strong support system. With this knowledge, I'm honored to be working with a dedicated team of educators to support families in moving forward with their lives, both academically and professionally. Together, we continue to strive to provide equal access and opportunity to people of all backgrounds and identities.
