SEPAC Mission:
The Chelsea SEPAC is a community of families supporting families. We connect parents and caregivers of children receiving special education services in Chelsea Public Schools, building understanding, respect, and collaboration across our district. Our mission is to advocate for inclusive opportunities, foster meaningful partnerships, and ensure that every child with special needs receives the appropriate education, support, and respect they deserve to thrive.
