Letter to Our Community

Dear Colleagues and Community Members:
We are excited to present and share our Strategic Plan. This Strategic Plan is a five-year guide and blueprint for our community that will help ensure that our students excel and are prepared for college and career when they graduate from Chelsea Public Schools (CPS). The data gathered for this Strategic Plan was collected during the initial stages of my entry planning and during many community conversations. This plan will serve as a clear road map for our work ahead.
In this Strategic Plan, we highlight key priorities that will help us accomplish our goals to move us to the next level. There is a solid foundation that has been built, and we will build on that foundation. With a continuous focus on instruction and through harnessing our resources to support the classroom, we will be well on our way to eliminating opportunity gaps and providing an equitable, high-quality education to every student in every classroom.
