Who Needs a Preference Form?
School preference forms apply specifically if your child is transitioning between certain educational milestones within Chelsea Public Schools.
Kindergarten to Elementary School
Elementary School to Middle School
Caminos to Regular Education
Submission Process
Parents and guardians can indicate their preferred school placement by filling out a preference form and submitting it directly to the Parent Information Center.
Timeline:
