Essential district policies, compliance requirements, and procedural guidelines for all employees
All Chelsea Public Schools employees are required to review and acknowledge these policies and procedures. These documents outline important guidelines, legal requirements, and district expectations that govern our workplace. Please review each section carefully and contact Human Resources if you have any questions.
I. Ethics Law
All employees must receive and acknowledge receipt of the Conflict of Interest Summary and complete the Online Ethics Training Course. Both the signed acknowledgment from the Summary and certificate of completion from the Training Course must be returned to the CPS Human Resources Office.
