The John Silber Early Learning Center serves pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Chelsea Public Schools' innovative program for three- to six-year-old students is widely regarded as a model for other school systems around the United States.

2016-2017 ELC school day runs from 8:13AM to 2:20PM.
