Chelsea Public Schools - Bridge to Success

A Message from Dr. Bourque

Please see an important statement concerning Chelsea values.

Dear Parents and Guardians:

With the presidential election behind us, we realize more than ever that the work to heal our nation is before us. The work to come together as one united people who care for each other and look out for each other is still to be done. Without doubt, there has been so much fear and hate in this campaign that I feel compelled to simply and emphatically state to you that we, Chelsea educators, love this community. We love our students and we love our families.  Most of all, we love the work we do alongside you to open the doors of opportunity in this great country for all our students.

In Chelsea, we hold the standard high for civility and respect. These are our core values as a gateway community. As a community both inside our schools and outside our schools we value collaboration, cooperation, and helping our neighbor. We will continue the “Chelsea Way” of living, working, and educating. We will advocate and encourage all in our state and nation to adopt our “Chelsea Way.”

Finally, we will continue as the Chelsea Schools to “Welcome and Educate” all students and families. We will continue to love, support, and keep our students safe while we work to prepare our students for success in the 21st century and to open the doors of opportunity that are here for them in this great country.

Sincerely yours,

Dr. Mary M. Bourque
Superintendent

Estimados Padres y Encargados:

Amamos a nuestros estudiantes y amamos a nuestras familias.

Atentamente,

Dr. Mary M. Bourque
Superintendente
