Identifying and Assisting Students from Disadvantaged Backgrounds
The TRiO Chelsea Talent Search Program identifies and assists students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have the potential to succeed in higher education.
Our goal is to empower students through personalized academic guidance, exposure to college campuses and resources, career exploration opportunities, and assistance with college applications, financial aid, and scholarships.
