Chelsea High students from the Law and Public Policy Pathway program visited State Senator Sal DiDomenico on May 2nd. Students toured the State House and spoke with Senator DiDomenico on current educational topics and on government processes.

MCAS Honors Breakfast!
The four elementary schools at the Mary C. Burke Elementary Complex held an Honors Breakfast and Ceremony on 10/6 to honor students who scored Proficient and Advanced on the Spring 2011 MCAS ELA and Math tests.
Nearly 140 students from the Berkowitz and Kelly Schools achieved this distinction on the 3rd grade tests. Many of their parents attended the event, in which students were presented with certificates and the Parent/Guardian Reports detailing their accomplishments.
